Refund and Returns Policy

At World Technocon (https://technocon.org/) we are committed to providing high-quality training, workshops, and events to help our participants achieve their professional goals. To maintain the integrity of our events and ensure the best experience for all attendees, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.
Please review this policy carefully before registering for any event, workshop, or training.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid for training, workshops, and events hosted by World Technocon are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Illness or medical emergencies
- Travel issues or other unforeseen circumstances
- Changes in business or personal plans
- Any other reasons beyond the control of World Technocon
2. Non-Transferable Registrations
Registrations for any training, workshop, or event are non-transferable. This means that once you have registered and paid for an event, your registration cannot be transferred to another individual or participant.
3. Non-Extendable Registrations
Registrations are also non-extendable. This means that if you are unable to attend the event, workshop, or training on the scheduled date, you will not be able to extend your registration to a future event.
4. Event Cancellations by World Technocon
While World Technocon strives to adhere to scheduled events, workshops, and training sessions, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require us to cancel or reschedule an event.
Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone. Participants will automatically be enrolled in the rescheduled event.
Cancellations Without Rescheduling: In the rare case that World Technocon cancels an event without rescheduling, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fees.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or any other events considered as "force majeure," World Technocon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such instances, no refunds, transfers, or extensions will be provided.
6. Participant Responsibilities
- It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are available and able to attend the event, workshop, or training for which they have registered.
- By registering for any event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy, and agree to its terms.
